FAQ's

I’m pregnant, trying to become pregnant or nursing. Can I do this program?

Yes! In fact, research shows that women who follow a healthy diet and stay active during their pregnancy are at lower risk of excessive gestational weight gain, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, preterm birth, deep vein thrombosis, and varicose veins.

I don’t have a gym membership and can only workout at home. Can I do this program?

Not as effectively. Our program is focused on heavy lifting at lower repetitions, For this reason, we strongly recommend having a space where you can grab heavy weights. Please reach out if this is preventing you from completing this program. We are here to help.
