We operate by appointment only. All services require an active credit card on file to hold your appointment. First-time patients will receive digital intake forms that must be completed before your visit.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened out of respect for the following client.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment value or deposit forfeiture.
To reserve your appointment, we require a valid card on file. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy. This protects our providers’ time and ensures we can continue offering high-quality care to all clients. No charges are made unless a cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show fee applies. All injectable and medical services are performed under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. An appointment is required prior to any medical treatment to determine eligibility.

Be Your Kind is a teaching-positive environment, and at times interns or students may be present in the clinic for training purposes. All interns and students are required to sign confidentiality agreements to ensure full HIPAA compliance before observing any part of the patient experience. Clients will always be informed in advance if an intern or student may be present and have the absolute right to decline their participation in the treatment room. We honor and respect each patient’s comfort level, and declining an observer will never impact the care you receive.
All services, once rendered, are non-refundable. This includes injectables, skincare, and wellness services. We do not guarantee specific results, as individual responses vary.
Retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, if unopened and unused, with proof of purchase.
Touch-ups are not included unless stated in a promotion or package. Additional units or treatments will be billed separately. Touch-ups must be scheduled within 2–3 weeks of your original appointment for optimal timing and assessment.

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive injectable or medical services. Minors aged 13–17 may receive select skincare or wellness services with parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent during the appointment.
